Beginners

A gently active Yoga class using chairs and other Yoga props for support as needed - this class is suitable for anyone wanting to improve their flexibility and strength. Breathing and relaxation practices are an integral part of this class.


Beginner Course(Booking required)

The recommended entry level for all new students. This course will introduce you to the foundation poses and movement principles that support good alignment and posture, helping to create stability and suppleness in the body. There is also a focus on integrating mindfulness, breath and movement and developing conscious relaxation skills.

Level 1-2 Class

A suitable follow on class from Beginner Course: building on the fundamentals creating confidence and a skill base from which to comfortably move into other classes. We introduce a wider range of poses but attention is on refining the basics.

Level 2 - General Class

A dynamic alignment based vinyasa class (not recommended if you have no yoga experience).

Restorative Class

Supporting the body with props (blankets and bolsters), we learn to actively and consciously relax the physical body helping to release the build up of tension and re-balance the nervous system.

Vinyasa Yoga Class

Sun Salutations ( Surya Namaskar ) warm the body through continuous flowing movement. When practised regularly they can improve circulation, balance, build stamina and strength, increasing mobility through the whole body. We teach variations in each round to ensure students have the tools and support neccessary to work at their own skill level.


Prenatal Course - 5 week rolling course | Cost: $65.00(Booking required)

A 5 week rolling course that you can join at any time after your first trimester. The course is designed to help keep your body strong and supple during pregnancy.
