We teach a dynamic style of Hatha Yoga attracting students from the greater Auckland area to our studio.

The focus of classes is on enhancing natural movement patterns that create a sense of ease, strength and integration in the body, on and off the mat. Our teachers pay careful attention to alignment that supports individual bodies within a group environment.
